Klein Tools 32910 7-in-1 Impact Flip Socket Set

Three double-ended, impact-rated flip sockets covering six hex sizes from 1/4 to 9/16 inch on one shaft, with a quick-connect screwdriver handle and a 1/4-inch bit holder.

Quick verdict

Yes, if you drive hex-head bolts and nuts with an impact driver and by hand. The Klein 32910 stacks three impact-rated flip sockets for six sizes from 1/4 to 9/16 inch on one magnetic shaft, with a quick-connect handle. The sockets are shallow, so long bolts and threaded rod won't fit through, and it's SAE only.

Best for:
Six hex sizes on one shaft.
Watch out:
Shallow sockets; no long bolts.

Klein Tools 32910 flip socket set: color-coded sockets stacked on a shaft in a black and yellow Klein handle

Our Take

The 32910 replaces a handful of nut drivers with one shaft. Klein lists three flip sockets, each double-ended, for 1/4, 5/16, 3/8, 7/16, 1/2 and 9/16-inch hex heads, color-coded by size. They stack on a 1/4-inch hex shaft in any order, and both shaft and sockets are impact-rated, so the shaft goes straight into an impact driver; a quick-connect Cushion-Grip handle is included for hand driving. A rare-earth magnet holds fasteners, and the shaft also takes 1/4-inch bits. Klein says the sockets are shallow, made for hex-head fasteners, so they won't pass over a long bolt. It's about 9.25 inches long with the handle. We haven't tested it ourselves.

Why PriceDropIQ Selected It

Anyone who installs or repairs things meets hex-head screws in several sizes, and a drawer of separate nut drivers is slow to sort through. This set puts six sizes on one shaft that works by hand or in an impact driver. It suits HVAC, appliance and general installation work; for long bolts, hollow nut drivers like Klein's 32950 fit where these shallow sockets can't.
