Terms of Use

By using PriceDropIQ (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What PriceDropIQ is

PriceDropIQ publishes independent, editorial reviews of Amazon US products — our own opinion on what a product is good for, who should consider it, and real alternatives (see our Methodology). This is informational and editorial content only. It is not a price guarantee, a promise of savings, or advice to purchase any specific product. Whether a purchase is right for you is your decision.

Who sells the product

Amazon, or a third-party seller on Amazon, is the seller for any product you buy through a link from this Site. PriceDropIQ does not sell products, process payments, ship orders, or handle returns. Any purchase you make is a transaction between you and Amazon (or the relevant Amazon marketplace seller), governed by Amazon's own terms and policies.

Prices and availability change

PriceDropIQ reviews do not currently display Amazon pricing, and availability, shipping costs, and product details on Amazon can change at any time. Always verify the current price and availability on the Amazon product page before purchasing.

Not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon

PriceDropIQ is an independent, third-party site. It is not Amazon, and it is not endorsed, sponsored, or otherwise officially affiliated with Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates — see our Affiliate Disclosure for our current Amazon Associates status.

No warranty

The Site and the information on it are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including as to accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. We work to keep our reviews accurate but cannot guarantee they are error-free or fully up to date at every moment.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PriceDropIQ is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site or reliance on information it provides, including a purchase you make on Amazon based on a deal shown here.

Changes

We may update these Terms as the Site evolves. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
