Part of our buying guide: Which Multi-Bit Screwdriver Do You Need? 11-in-1, Tamperproof, Precision or Hollow Nut Drivers

Klein Tools 65200 mini ratchet with a chrome finger-loop handle, next to a bit holder with Phillips and slotted bits and a socket adapter

Our Take

The 65200 is for screws and nuts in places a screwdriver handle can't reach: inside panels, behind appliances, under cabinets. Klein's ratchet is about 4.3 inches long and 0.8 inches tall, and its 72-tooth head only needs a 5-degree sweep to catch the next tooth. The head itself drives 1/4 and 5/16-inch hex nuts, and it takes 1/4-inch bits. The set includes #1 and #2 Phillips and 3/16 and 1/4-inch slotted bits, plus a 1/4-inch square-drive socket adapter, held in a small bit clip. A ring magnet holds bits and lets threaded rod pass through, and a finger loop gives you control with one hand. Klein makes it from chrome-vanadium steel to the ASME B107.110 standard. It's small enough to lose in a toolbag, has no handle for leverage, and isn't insulated. We haven't tested it ourselves.

Why PriceDropIQ Selected It

Some screws sit where no screwdriver fits: inside an electrical box, behind a dishwasher, under a sink. This small ratchet turns with a tiny swing of the wrist and drives both screws and small hex nuts. It suits anyone who installs or repairs things in cramped spaces; for everyday screws, a full-size multi-bit screwdriver is quicker.
